SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 19-year-old P.E.I. man was arrested Sunday morning on a warrant.
At about 11 a.m. Feb. 3, a Summerside police officer was on routine patrol and noticed a vehicle associated to a wanted person in the parking lot of a Granville Street convenience store.
The officer entered the store and found the suspect, Graydon Hearn, and arrested him.
Hearn had previously been charged with breaching his probation by Summerside police, and with several drug-related offences by the Prince District Joint Forces Unit.
He failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Hearn was lodged in jail and will be appearing before the court later today.
