Prices for petroleum prices have dropped across P.E.I. as the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announces its mid-month adjustments.

Gas prices have decreased by 3.8 cents per litre and now range between 127.9 and 129.0 cpl for regular, unleaded gas.

Diesel prices have decreased by 3.0 cpl and now range from 134.2 cpl to 135.4 cpl.

Furnace and stove oil prices have gone down by one cent and will now amount to 96.1 cpl.

Propane prices have decreased by 0.7 cpl for Superior Propane; by 2.5 cpl for Kenmac Energy Inc. and will increase by 1.3 cpl for Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing.

The commission credits the changes to improved wholesale pricing over the past two weeks. Its next adjustment is scheduled for July 1.
