Monday ferry-crossings cancelled due to weather

Ferries from Wood Island and Caribou have been cancelled for this evening.

A travel advisory, sent out from the ships clerk for Northumberland Ferries Ltd. and Bay Ferries Ltd., said due to the weather forecast, the 1:00 p.m. ferry from Caribou, on Dec. 15, will be the last crossing for today. 

All sailings are cancelled for Monday, Dec. 16 due to the forecast calling for strong winds to persist all day.
