CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A P.E.I. man who was reported by a civilian was sentenced recently to three days in jail for drunk driving.
James Alfred Bradley, 32, appeared before Chief Judge Nancy Orr in provincial court in Charlottetown where he entered a guilty plea.
Crown attorney Jeff MacDonald told the court that on Sept. 11 at around 9:20 p.m. a witness reported a driver who was possibly impaired at a liquor store.
Bradley was arrested and later provided breathalyzer samples that were above the legal limit.
Along with the jail time, Bradley must pay a $1,000 fine and a $300 victim surcharge.
He is banned from driving for one year.
