T3 Transit has had a talk with its drivers about safe driving and improving customer service.

That follows complaints the company reported to the City of Charlottetown in the month of February.

One motorist reported that they felt a bus driver was travelling too fast entering the intersection on Kensington Road, so management with the company had a talk with the driver about how important safe defensive driving is.

One customer complained that the driver did not provide the level of customer service that they were accustomed to receiving from T3 Transit drivers. Management discussed with the driver how customer service is the “foundation in which our service is built on’’.
