WOOD ISLANDS, P.E.I. — Northumberland Ferries service linking Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia will be expanded when the Atlantic travel bubble comes into effect on July 3.

Ferries will leave from P.E.I. at 6:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. daily. From Nova Scotia, the schedule is 8 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Passenger capacity remains at 50 per cent, so NFL strongly recommends that travellers (including walk-on) make reservations to prevent disappointment.

Passengers must bring wear a mask when appropriate social distancing cannot be maintained, and may be required to wear one at all times during the voyage should circumstances warrant.
