As the price of gas stays the same, the cost of furnace oil and diesel is going up by one cent per litre today.
The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC) made the announcement in its weekly price adjustment.
With the change, the maximum price for furnace oil is 86.7 cpl while diesel prices will range from 117.5 to 118.7 cpl.
The prices for regular gasoline will range from 111.4 to 112.6 cpl.
IRAC’s next scheduled price adjustment will be on Jan. 29.
