CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — City of Charlottetown workers were putting in a utility line Thursday for the 105-room hotel on Kent Street, the property that was once home to the Myron’s nightclub.

Even though it is not a city project, Homburg Atlantic Inc., the owner of the hotel, asked the city to do the work. Homburg will pay all costs for the work although the city will take care of the repaving work.

The new Arts Hotel (next to Hopyard) is expected to be opened in May 2020.
