KENSINGTON, P.E.I. —

The P.E.I. man wanted in connected with a robbery at the Quik Mart in North River on June 11 has been arrested and faces multiple charges.

Michael Hollinger, 26, was picked up by several police agencies June 12 at about 5:30 p.m. near Kensington.

RCMP from Queens and East Prince districts, Charlottetown, Kensington and Summerside police services and RCMP Police Dog Services were involved in the arrest.

Police agencies across the Island thanked the public for the tips that led to the man’s safe arrest.

Hollinger will go before the courts on multiple charges laid by all the different agencies on June 13.
