NORTH BEDEQUE, P.E.I. — A P.E.I. man has been charged after authorities executed a search warrant last week.
The Prince District JFO Drug Unit executed a search warrant on Feb. 21 at a residence in North Bedeque.
As a result of the warrant, police seized crystal methamphetamine, methamphetamine tablets, hydromorphone, weapons and a cannabis extraction lab.
Christopher Duguay has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine.
A 30-year-old woman was also arrested as a result of this warrant and charges are pending for her.
The Prince District JFO Drug Unit is comprised of members of the RCMP and Summerside and Kensington Police Services.
The RCMP Serious and Organized Crime Unit assisted JFO in this investigation.
