A significant number of mattresses and box springs were stolen from a Charlottetown business overnight Friday, Aug. 16.

The items were in a storage trailer outside Sleep Country at 180 Buchanan Dr. They went missing sometime between 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday.

Charlottetown Police Services encourage anyone with information to contact police at 902-629-4172, complete the tip section on the website or contact P.E.I. Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
