Man pleads guilty to criminal harassment in Summerside court

SUMMERSIDE – David William Fisher, 53, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to criminal harassment.

The incidents took place between September 2017 and February 2018 in Summerside.

Fisher received a conditional discharge.

He must serve 12 months of probation and pay a $100 victim surcharge.
