Man drives past Charlottetown police, despite driving suspension

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Charlottetown Police Services arrested a 31-year-old resident of Charlottetown Monday, Feb. 27, for driving despite a court order not to.

The arrest came after police saw him behind the wheel in the area of Andrews Court.

The accused man had been prohibited from driving after a previous arrest for impaired driving.

The man will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
