SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Donovan Scott MacCaull, 24, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a court undertaking, one count of stealing a debit card, one count of defrauding several Summerside businesses of less than $5,000 and one count of attempting to steal items from a motor vehicle.
The charges are from Nov. 9, 2017, in Summerside and Sept. 8 and 9, 2018, in Summerside.
MacCaull was sentenced to serve 84 days in jail and 12 months of probation. He must also pay $300 in victim surcharges.
In another hearing, MacCaull pleaded guilty to one count of possession of hydromorphone, a restricted substance.
MacCaull was fined $400 and must pay a $120 victim surcharge.
