Kings District RCMP investigating structure fire near Alliston

ALLISTON, P.E.I. - Kings District RCMP responded to a structure fire on Route 324 near Alliston just before 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 14.

A large storage barn on a commercial property owned by Canadian Nectar Products was fully engulfed by the fire when RCMP arrived.

Murray River and Murray Harbour Fire Departments were already on hand attempting to contain the fire.

The fire is currently under investigation by the Prince Edward Island Fire Marshall’s office with assistance from Kings District RCMP.

The Guardian will provide an update when more information is made available.
