Kensington man pleads guilty to two charges

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Richard John Perry, 51, of Kensington has pleaded guilty to one count of uttering a death threat and one count of assault.

The threat charge is dated from being between October 2018 and January 2019 and took place in Summerside while the assault charge is from Jan. 7 in Kensington.

Perry was sentenced to serve four days in jail and must serve 18 months of probation.
