A single-vehicle collision on Christmas Eve led to charges of impaired driving and possession of illegal cigarettes for a Kensington man.
Prince District RCMP responded to the collision on Route 2 in New Annan.
Police said the driver was arrested for impaired driving and later provided breath samples well over the legal limit. THe man will also face charges under the Tobacco Act for possession of more than 5,000 illegal cigarettes.
