Jail time for man who damaged car near Summerside

SUMMERSIDE - Christopher Paul Patterson, 37, of no fixed address, has pleaded guilty to one count of mischief, for damaging a car that did not belong to him.

The charge dated from between Nov. 27 and 30, 2017, near Summerside.

Patterson was sentenced to serve 15 days in custody and 12 months of probation.

He must also pay a $100 victim surcharge.
