Demolition list issued for properties in Charlottetown, P.E.I.

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown’s public works manager has been given the green light to demolish the buildings at 224 East Royalty Rd. under the dangerous, hazardous and unsightly bylaw.

The work has been deemed necessary by a city building inspector and the fire inspector.

The public works manager has also been authorized to clean up the following properties under the same bylaw — 240 Hillsborough St., 7 McKinnon Rd., 605 Upper Queen St. and 5 Katie Dr.
