The City Beach Express was vital in helping Damien Ryan get to his job at Sandspit Amusement Park last summer.
The Charlottetown-Cavendish bus service will once again transport visitors and Islanders like Ryan during the 2018 tourism season.
“The City Beach Express not only allowed me to take a job in Cavendish, but it helped me get to work on days I did not have a drive and it saved me money,” said Ryan. “I would not have had a reliable means to travel to Cavendish every day without this service, so I’d recommend it to anyone who lives near Charlottetown who’s interested in working in Cavendish for the summer.”
This will be the second of a two-year project that saw more than 500 paid fares last year.
