CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown’s Water and Sewer Corporation is selling off a residential lot adjacent to the reservoir used by the Miltonvale Wellfield development.

The 16.22 acre property at 614 Malpeque Rd., was purchased in November 2012 for $375,000. It included a residential home as well as the field of interest.

The reservoir is now complete and stands on 12.82 acres. The remaining 3.4 acres, still suitable for a residence, is now for sale.

The residential portion was valued at $295,000 at the time of purchase. There is currently an offer of $345,000 for the residential portion of the property.
