CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Since the announcement of the Public Health Emergency, the City of Charlottetown’s water and sewer utility continues to provide services to residents while working to protect employees.

At this time, there will be no interest charges on late payments and all disconnections for non-payment have been suspended until further notice.

Customers facing economic impacts due to the coronavirus (COVID-19 strain) situation can contact water and sewer utility accounts to discuss alternate payment options at 902-629-4005.

Customers are encouraged to make small monthly payments if possible, in order to reduce future challenges.

Water and sewer utility offices are closed to the public, but staff are available for general inquiries from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 902-629-4014. The after-hours emergency number is 902-626-2100.

Bill payments can be completed online.
