CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Charlottetown’s mayoral candidates will have a chance to face off against each other next week in a debate.
The Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Charlottetown Inc. are hosting a debate on Oct. 25 at the Confederation Centre of the Arts’ Memorial Hall.

Chamber CEO Penny Walsh-McGuire said the debate gives a platform for candidates to share their vision for economic development in the city and how they plan to address some of the challenges Charlottetown’s business community face.
“It’s also a chance for members to learn about candidate platforms and consider who the best person is to lead the city,” she said.
The debate is open to the public and runs from 7-9 p.m.
