CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 29-year-old Charlottetown man may face impaired driving charges pending blood toxicology results.
On Dec. 1 at 2 p.m., Charlottetown police responded to a complaint of man driving a vehicle on Riverside Drive who may have been impaired by drugs.
Police located the vehicle and conducted a vehicle stop.
The driver displayed signs of impairment by drugs.
An officer trained as a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) confirmed the driver was under the influence of drugs and made the demand that a blood sample be provided.
