CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 25-year-old Charlottetown man faces charges following a disturbance Saturday evening.
Charlottetown police responded to a disturbance complaint at a residence on Sydney Street Nov. 30.
The suspect had left the area prior to police arrival. Some damage had been caused to a door of the residence.
A short time later, police located the suspect at his residence where another disturbance had occurred. The man was arrested and subsequently charged with mischief under $5,000 and assault.
The accused spent the night in jail and was released Sunday with conditions. He will appear in provincial court at a later date.
