CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 42-year-old Charlottetown man has been charged with impaired driving by drugs.
Charlottetown police responded to an erratic driving complaint on Feb. 18 at 6 p.m.
Police located the vehicle on St. Peters Road and conducted a traffic stop.
The driver displayed signs of impairment by drugs and was evaluated by one of the Charlottetown Police Drug Recognition Expert trained officers.
The man was then charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle (by drug) and will appear in court at a later date.
