CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 32-year-old Charlottetown man has been arrested and charged for impaired driving late Wednesday night.
Charlottetown police responded to a complaint of an impaired driver on University Avenue at 11:05 p.m. on Feb. 13.
The vehicle was located 20 minutes later on Brackley Point Road. The driver displayed signs of impairment by alcohol at which time he was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
The accused will appear in provincial court at a later date.
