CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown city council has given the public works manager authorization to clean up the property at 2 Eden St.

A resolution was recently forwarded by the city's protective and emergency services committee.

Under the dangerous, hazardous and unsightly bylaw, the public works department is permitted to go in, remove anything that would lead to the existence of animal life, remove any other materials (camper trailer) or debris, clean up and dispose of any garbage, all at the owner's expense.
