CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The City of Charlottetown’s community pools will open for the season this week.

The Victoria Park pool and splash pad will open June 27 and will operate seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Admission to the Victoria Park pool is free.

The Simmons pool will open June 28 and will operate from 1 p.m. until 7:45 p.m., seven days a week. Admission to the Simmons pool is free this year, as announced in the 2019/20 budget as a pilot project. 

The city pools will close early on Canada Day, July 1 – Victoria Park pool will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Simmons pool will be open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Children under seven years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
