Cascumpec man gets conditional discharge for causing public disturbance

GEORGETOWN, P.E.I. — Wayne Henry Arsenault, 54, of Cascumpec has pleaded guilty to one count of causing a disturbance in a public place by shouting and swearing.

The charge is from a Jan. 1 incident in Bloomfield.

Arsenault was given a conditional discharge and must serve 12 months of probation.
