An Australian doctor facing child pornography charges in P.E.I. had his case adjourned until next month.
Dr. Stephen Peter Menzies Murray wasn’t in court Tuesday where a lawyer appeared on his behalf before P.E.I. Supreme Court Justice Gregory Cann in Charlottetown.
Murray, who has returned to Australia under several conditions, is facing charges of possessing, making and distributing child pornography.
The allegations relate to written material.
Murray’s case will be back before the court on Jan. 15.
