CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - A 28-year-old Charlottetown man was charged with impaired driving after colliding with a vehicle on Dec. 6.
At 6:40 p.m., the vehicles collided on Exhibition Drive and the Charlottetown man failed to remain at the scene of the accident.
He was located by police a short time later at which time he was charged.
He will appear in provincial court at a later date.
