Those involved with the tourism industry on P.E.I. will be taking part in a member networking event on Thursday, Feb. 28.
The Tourism Industry Association of P.E.I. (TIAPEI) and Meetings and Conventions P.E.I. will be hosting The Exchange in the Courtyard at the Rodd Royalty Hotel in Charlottetown.
There will be a session from 8 a.m. to noon and a second session, 1-5 p.m.
The list of participants will range from attractions, deep sea fishing charters, accommodations, entertainers, tour operators, suppliers and more.
This event will offer a forum for tourism operators to meet with one another and discuss partnerships, cross marketing and business opportunities in a structured and efficient format. It’s open to any Island business with an interest in offering products or services to participate in a speed dating format of brief, scheduled, one-on-one meetings.
The deadline to register is Monday, Feb. 25, at 5 p.m. The cost for all TIAPEI and Meetings and Conventions P.E.I. members is $50 and $75 for non-members.
