Charlottetown police were out issuing traffic fines to drivers in April for factors that didn’t include speeding.

The fines are for non-speeding moving violations, which can include things such as failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign or running a red light.

There was a tie for first place with five tickets being written at the intersection of St. Peters Road and Angus Drive (East Royalty) and University Avenue and Belvedere Avenue.

Four tickets were issued at Euston Street and Weymouth Street and at Water Street and Weymouth Street.

Three fines were handed out at Belvedere Avenue and Queen Street and at University Avenue and Enman Crescent.
