SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Elections P.E.I. is looking to clear up the confusion about a Summerside voting location.
According to an Elections P.E.I. official, the voting location at the County Fair Mall in Summerside is still open.
A number of Facebook posts earlier today reported that the doors were closed, making those interested in casting their ballot unable to get in.
The voting location for today is said to be a couple of doors down from the returning officer’s office, which is the former Smart Set location.
