CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - An expansion to the East Royalty Soccer Complex is coming after Charlottetown city council voted to accept a $114,425 bid during a recent meeting.

M&M Resources Inc. came in with the lowest bid for the parking lot expansion.

The project includes relocating and adding a chain-link fence, building a parking lot and adding parking markers.

The expansion is needed to meet increased demand at the complex.
