A 25-year-old Charlottetown man is facing a number of charges, including theft of a vehicle.
Charlottetown police responded to a complaint of a stolen pickup truck from a residence on the Lower Malpeque Road.
The truck was stolen sometime overnight (Sunday-Monday) and reported to police Monday, June 22.
The truck was located and recovered Monday night along an isolated dirt road in the Kinkora area.
Police arrested and charged the man with theft of vehicle, mischief under $5,000, public mischief and breach of probation.
The accused was released from custody Tuesday morning with conditions and will appear in provincial court at a later date.
