CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Canadian publisher and editor Douglas Gibson is in Charlottetown Tuesday to tell some stories.
Gibson will talk about his work and friendships with some celebrated authors at the next Winter’s Tales Authors Reading Series in the Carriage House of Charlottetown’s Beaconsfield Historic House.
The event gets underway at 7:30 p.m.
In his 45-year career, Gibson has edited and published the likes of Alice Munro, Pierre Trudeau, Alistair MacLeod, Ken Dryden, Brian Mulroney, Hugh MacLennan, Robertson Davies, W.O. Mitchell, Mavis Gallant and Barry Broadfoot.
