Two people were taken to hospital Friday evening following a two-vehicle collision that left one car on a neighbourhood lawn.
The collision happened on Ruth Avenue in Mount Pearl at the intersection with Fourth Street and involved a pizza delivery vehicle and a small sedan.
The female driver of the sedan and the driver of the pizza delivery vehicle sustained injuries that were not considered serious.
Both vehicles were extensively damaged and traffic was blocked through the area until the scene could be cleared.
The RNC is investigating the incident.
