A 46-year-old woman has been arrested following a stabbing in Mount Pearl Friday night, the RNC says.
Police say the man sustained moderate injuries in the incident which happened at about 11 p.m.
The woman has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon and was held for an appearance in court Saturday morning.

One man was taken to hospital following an apparent stabbing in Mount Pearl Friday night.
The incident happened at about 11 p.m. on Bannister Street and when the Telegram arrived on scene, there was a heavy police presence on the street as well as an Eastern Health ambulance parked near the home.
Officers could be seen searching the property and at one point appeared to locate a possible weapon near a basement apartment door. The item was covered with a piece of board to shelter it from the falling rain.
The male victim was eventually taken down steps from an upstairs unit by paramedics and police and placed aboard the ambulance for transport.
