COXHEATH, N.S. — A Coxheath man has been jailed and had his licence suspended for five years in connection with two drinking and driving offences.
Terrance Andrew Conron, 57, of McKinley Drive pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a blood/alcohol level exceeding the legal limit.
The offences occurred last Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 in Coxheath and Sydney. Other charges including two counts of impaired were dismissed.
He was credited with serving 23 days on remand and must now serve an additional 97 days to be followed by a 12-month probation period along with a five-year licence suspension.
