The RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man who is alleged to have stolen $1,200 worth of merchandise from Dominion last month.

The theft from the store in Grand Falls-Windsor occurred on Dec. 17.

The police are asking for the public’s help after they say they their local efforts in trying to identify the individual have been exhausted.

The RCMP is asking anyone with information about the theft, or anyone who can identify the man, to contact the Grand Falls-Windsor detachment at 709-489-2021 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
