ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Newfoundland and Labrador continues to slowly move out of the red in its COVID-19 ledger.
On Tuesday, officials reported 15 new confirmed cases and 50 new recoveries, all of which are in the Eastern Health territory. The release also noted that of the five people currently, hospitalized with coronavirus, two of them are in the intensive care unit.
For the second straight day, there are no new presumptive positive cases.
Meanwhile, Public Health is asking passengers who arrived in Deer Lake via Toronto aboard Air Canada 7484 on Friday, Feb. 19 to arrange COVID-19 testing.
