SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Brandon Brian Boylan, 35, of Brackley Beach, has pleaded guilty to a number of charges against him.

The charges include four counts of theft of items valued less than $5,000, one from a Circle K and three from the P.E.I. Liquor Corporation and one count of failing to attend court as required.

The theft charges are from February and April in Summerside and Kensington and the failure to attend charge is from May in Summerside.

Boylan was sentenced to 60 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, must remain on probation for two years and must pay $500 in victim surcharges.
