Treble with Girls, Tip-Er-Back on stage Sunday

STRATFORD, P.E.I. - Treble with Girls, hosts of the fourth annual QEH Winter Fundraising Concert Series, is looking forward to kicking off the new year by sharing a family-friendly afternoon of music and laughs with popular Island group, Tip-Er-Back, on Sunday, Jan. 13.

The show begins at 2 p.m. at the Assumption Parish Centre in Stratford.

Consisting of Allan Betts, Wade Murray and Clive Currie, along with their eternal special guest Darlene Bradley, Tip-Er-Back plays a fun mix of Maritime, traditional and country music, including original tunes that reflect both the stories and humour of the Island and its inhabitants. There is a good chance that some yodelling may be on the program as well.

Besides great P.E.I. music, this afternoon of music, presented by Cardigan Bearing & Steel and Cardigan Feed Services, includes door prizes, a 50/50 draw and a homemade lunch served at intermission. The fully accessible Assumption Parish Centre is located at 145 Stratford Rd. All ages are welcome.
