CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. —

On Sunday, Feb. 24, one of the richest female voices in P.E.I., Kim Albert, will make the audience at Assumption Parish Centre in Stratford think they're sitting at Nashville's Grand Ol' Opry as she performs her classic country favourites as part of the QEH Winter Fundraising Concert Series hosted by Treble with Girls beginning at 2 p.m.

Easily comparable to the talents of Trisha Yearwood or Patsy Cline, Albert will be accompanied by her Faces bandmate Mike Arsenault.

Presented by Cardigan Bearing & Steel and Cardigan Feed Services, the family-friendly fundraisers for the QEH Foundation include door prizes, a 50/50 draw and a homemade lunch served at intermission.

The Assumption Parish Centre is located at 145 Stratford Rd., the big blue church in Stratford. All ages are welcome.
