WHAT’S GOING ON: 10th annual Bells of Care Campaign is in full swing at the Northside Community Guest Home.
REASON: The 2019 campaign is focused on the cost of the wheelchair accessible van that will allow residents of the Northside Community Guest Home to continue being involved in their home communities.
TARGET/GOAL: Last year $12,155 was raised, thanks to so many generous supporters.
WHERE: Northside Community Guest Home
WHEN (Date & Time): Celebration held at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 28
ADMISSION: Six different options for bells: white - $10, green - $25, red - $50, blue - $100, silver - $250 and gold $500.
COMMENT: “Our wheelchair accessible van provides ease of transportation for the residents to participate in events and outings around the CBRM such as the Cape Breton County Exhibition, boat rides, dining out and shopping,” - Hailey Marinelli, fundraising co-ordinator
