With the cancellation of many of our traditional programs, 4-H Nova Scotia is reaching out to engage members interested in showing off their artistic talent in a new way.
This year’s poster contest will be held online. This is an open competition for all 4-H members and cloverbuds.
Members must design a poster using the current 4-H theme — “4-H Leads the Way in 2020.”
The categories are junior and senior hand-drawn and junior and senior computer generated.
Members are reminded to use the current 4-H Nova Scotia logo and have poster dimensions of 12” x 12” (30.5 cm x 30.5 cm), using a piece of paper. Use of the 4-H logo is not required. However, if you use the 4-H logo, you must use the current 4-H Nova Scotia logo; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Please refer to the online logo generator for computer-generated posters (http://4-hcanada.ca/brand-app).
Posters must be original.
The deadline for submission is May 8.
Send a photo of your poster to [email protected] along with your name, age as of Jan. 1, club name and county. The top three posters in each category will receive a certificate and medal. All cloverbuds will receive a certificate for their participation.
Posters will be displayed on the 4-H Nova Scotia website and on social media.
