CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Rachel Beck will be playing the Trailside at the Holman Grand Hotel in Charlottetown July 16-17.
Beck has recently released her sophomore record, Stronger Than You Know, which is being referred to as an echoing cry-out from a forest, a chilling dance upon a grave, an arrow shooting straight to the heart of what is, a call to strength.
Intimate and close, the six-track EP, produced by Daniel Ledwell, is sonically decorated amidst compelling electronic rhythms and dreamy synth layers.
The Prince Edward Island singer-songwriter's vocals float across the vivid, harmony-laden, ethereal soundscape for which she has become known.
