Jeanie & Charles perform Sunday in Kinkora

KINKORA, P.E.I. — Jeanie & Charles roll into Kinkora Sunday for an appearance at the Kinkora Ceilidh.

The event, which goes the last Sunday of every month, begins at 1:30 p.m.

Jeanie & Charles is singer Jeanie Campbell, who also lends her pipes to the popular dance band Phase II And Friends, and guitarist and singer Charles Reid, who said he's quite fond of the ceilidh.

"We love playing in Kinkora, it's a great venue," said Reid. "They gave a chance to perform when we had just begun so we're always happy to be invited back."

Jeanie & Charles return to Charlottetown for a show Wednesday, Nov. 27, at Gahan House. It runs 8-10 p.m.
